Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN (as-needed) Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team. To assist our patients in the Washington and Smyth County VA areas. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, and patient education. Experience Prior experience practicing in a physical therapy role within home health or outpatient rehabilitation settings is highly preferred.
