Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable functional goals. Provide evidence-based interventions addressing mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gait, and gross-motor development. Monitor progress and revise treatment plans and recommendations as needed. Educate families and caregivers on positioning, mobility, equipment, safety, and home programs. Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, physicians, educators, and other care-team members. Complete timely, accurate, and payer-compliant documentation. Maintain all required professional licenses, certifications, and continuing education. Required Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program. Active and unrestricted Virginia Physical Therapy license. Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a pediatric outpatient setting.
