Duties Assess patients' physical conditions through detailed evaluations, including medical history and functional limitations Design and implement tailored therapy programs utilizing techniques such as orthotics interventions and hand therapy occupational practices Operate medical equipment safely and effectively to support rehabilitation activities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in hospital medicine, geriatrics, orthopedics, and dance therapy to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility aids, and post-therapy maintenance strategies Document progress meticulously in medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards Assist in the management of sub-acute and post-acute care cases, including inpatient and outpatient settings Requirements Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within diverse healthcare environments Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to rehabilitation practices Hands-on experience with orthotics interventions in occupational therapy and the operation of medical equipment used in physical therapy Background in orthopedics, geriatrics, inpatient care, outpatient clinics, or post-acute settings is highly desirable Familiarity with hand therapy occupational practices and dance therapy techniques is a plus Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration Ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs and progress Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise fuels recovery and restores confidence!
