Great Blaze Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Herndon, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing personalized treatment programs for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic illnesses in the comfort of their own homes. Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on physical therapy practices and the use of assistive devices as necessary. Our services cater to a diverse patient population, including children and adults recovering from various injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating their recovery journey, helping them regain mobility and improve their overall quality of life. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia. A flexible, adaptive attitude towards work, with the ability to manage multiple patients and treatment plans. While 2 years of relevant experience is desired, new graduates are also encouraged to apply, as mentorship programs are available to support your transition into the field. Experience in home care settings is a plus and will enhance your ability to adapt to different environments and patient needs.
