Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their specific treatment needs. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with physicians' plans of care, ensuring patients receive focused and effective rehabilitation. Utilize evidence-based methodologies to create diverse treatment modalities, providing rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions as well as pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that each patient feels valued and supported throughout their therapy journey. Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through shared insights and strategic interventions. Utilize hands-on therapy techniques at the patient's home or in a clinical setting to facilitate desired changes in their condition or function. Educate and train patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation processes and post-therapy maintenance for continuous self-care. Meet or exceed minimum utilization goals and contribute positively to our clinic's operational objectives. Patient Population / Client Focus You will engage with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, neurological disorders, and those seeking sports rehabilitation. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate through their healing process, from initial assessment to the achievement of their functional recovery goals. Qualifications A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required. A valid State License in Physical Therapy is essential to ensure compliance with local regulations. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is necessary. Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association is required to ensure safety during therapy sessions. Preferred Experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are highly valued to foster patient relationships and teamwork. Proficient computer and word processing skills for accurate documentation and reporting. A strong focus on building effective relationships to help patients exceed their rehabilitation goals. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and establish connections with the community. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from

USD 100,000

to 120,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
