Engage in ongoing consultations with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care, promptly recognizing and documenting any changes in patients' conditions that may necessitate revisions in their care plans. Plan for effective discharge and follow-up care, maintaining precise and timely documentation that reflects the patient's care journey, including evaluation notes, treatment progress, and discharge planning. Exhibit exceptional time management skills by maintaining an accurate schedule, meeting productivity expectations, and participating in marketing initiatives that reflect our commitment to community outreach. Actively contribute to achieving departmental goals, adhering to industry regulations, and fostering a culture of compliance and quality service delivery. Champion continuous education and professional growth, serving as a mentor and clinical instructor to interns and new staff members. You will be primarily serving diverse client populations, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic conditions, and neurological disorders. Our aim is to rehabilitate our patients holistically, empowering them through their recovery process and improving their overall quality of life. Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. Current and valid physical therapy license in the State of Virginia. A passion for community health, patient engagement, and collaborative care. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
