Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Active Virginia Physical Therapist license required to start the position. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with evaluation, development of treatment plans, and documentation for geriatric and post-acute populations. Ability to work day shift schedule as assigned.
