We hire therapists who share our vision and dedication, working diligently to restore function, prevent decline, and support patients in performing meaningful daily tasks. ✅ About the Facility Ahava Therapy Services is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team at Francis Marion Manor Health & Rehabilitation , a 109-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care . Work alongside a strong therapy team and collaborative nursing staff in a facility that fosters autonomy, clinical excellence, and resident-centered care. ➡️ About the Location - Marion, VA Nestled in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains, Marion is known for its small-town charm, historic sites, and outdoor recreational opportunities. Residents enjoy hiking, kayaking, local festivals, and a welcoming, family-friendly community — making Marion a great place to work and build a career. ️ Responsibilities Conduct thorough functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver and document evidence-based therapy sessions. Supervise and instruct therapy assistants as needed. Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize functional abilities. Educate residents and caregivers on continuing home exercise and therapy. Maintain compliance with documentation, safety, and quality standards. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
