Work Environment This position is onsite, with services primarily delivered during home care visits. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, and functional limitations. Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs. Consult with and provide guidance to healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with all regulatory standards. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes, exercises, and post-treatment care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nursing staff, to coordinate comprehensive care. Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about orthopedic conditions and promote wellness. Supervise and mentor support staff and students, sharing expertise and guiding them in patient care. Engage in ongoing professional education to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and industry regulations. Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and conditions such as fractures, arthritis, and post-operative rehabilitation. You will provide care for a diverse clientele, ensuring culturally sensitive interactions and customized treatment plans that respect each patient's unique background and needs. Qualifications The ideal candidate must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and hold a valid state licensure in Physical Therapy. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in word processing and electronic health record systems. Additionally, candidates must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to ensure patient safety during interventions. Preferred Experience While a Bachelor's Degree is the minimum educational requirement, candidates with experience in orthopedic therapy, especially those who have worked in home health settings, will be preferred. Familiarity with contemporary treatment modalities, patient evaluation techniques, and rehabilitation technologies is a significant plus. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this full-time position ranges from

to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
