We are providers with most insurance companies including Sentara, Medicare, Anthem/ BCBS, VACCN, WC, PI, AETNA, CIGNA, UHC and many more. Pay based upon experience and skill with paid malpractice. Open to Flexible PRN and part-time as well, gradually moving to full-time if interested. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility. Utilize techniques such as trigger point therapy to address specific pain areas. Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and home exercises. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy, including advancements in orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and outpatient care. Experience A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred in cardiac rehab, ortho/neuro, , sports injuries, and/or family care. Strong patient care and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Experience with Epic software is helpful but not required. Candidates should have an NPI and CAQH credentialing; Direct Access is not required but preferred.
