Summary We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Central Virginia Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries and improve their physical function. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations through assessments. Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and rehabilitation. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home exercise programs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Requirements Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology. Experience in developing care plans and discharge planning. Ability to work effectively in both clinic and hospital settings. Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and education.
