We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. Our therapists treat a diverse patient population, including: General orthopedic conditions Post-operative rehabilitation Sports injuries Neurological conditions Limited pediatric cases What You'll Do Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and evidence-based treatments. Develop and modify individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings. Treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, prognosis, treatment plans, and home exercise programs. Collaborate with the Clinic Director and clinical team to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company, state, and federal requirements. meetingsParticipate in team , mentorship, continuing education, and professional development. Build strong, lasting relationships with patients while maintaining a patient-first approach. Qualifications Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Current, unrestricted Maryland Physical Therapy license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care Why Join Us?
