Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with varying physical needs Deliver PT services as outlined in students IEPs, with a focus on functional mobility, gross motor skills, and access to the educational environment Collaborate closely with special education staff, classroom teachers, and family members to ensure continuity of care Keep thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state standards Consult and provide training to school staff on adaptive equipment and mobility strategies
