Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of students ages 12-21 by providing high-quality physical therapy services in a rewarding school-based setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a focused caseload of 8 students, each of whom is owed compensatory services—all within a flexible, part-time monthly schedule.

Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized physical therapy sessions designed to help students achieve mobility, motor control, and functional independence in the school environment. Collaborate with educators and related service providers to integrate PT goals into students' educational plans. Assess student needs, develop treatment plans, and document progress for each student on the caseload. Communicate regularly with school staff and families to support continuity of care and maximize student outcomes. Manage compliance with state and federal guidelines for school-based physical therapy services.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state. Experience with school-aged populations, preferably working with ages 12-21. Strong organizational skills to manage compensatory time and documentation. Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with multidisciplinary teams. Passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs and fostering student growth. This role is based out of a supportive educational environment for 16 hours per month, allowing you to deliver impactful therapy while maintaining a flexible work-life balance.
