What you will do:
Optimize patient centered diagnosis Assess strengths and weaknesses to devise a creative and effective team-based treatment plan in accordance with the physician's orders Combine evidence based physical therapy practice philosophies to ensure the best clinical outcomes for our patients Must have: Compassion and forward thinking Effective communication skill and strong interpersonal skills that will motivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility Must have valid Washington PT credentials that is in good standing Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred Caldera Cares for you!
