Part-Time Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Foundation Pelvic Health | Bellevue, WA Part-Time | 1 -2 Days per Week to Start $70-$80/hour, depending on experience New Grad are welcome to apply About Us Foundation Pelvic Health is a boutique, one-on-one pelvic health physical therapy practice in Bellevue, WA. We provide individualized care in a calm, supportive environment, with a strong focus on pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, and whole-body movement. Our treatment approach looks beyond the pelvic floor alone and may incorporate breathing mechanics, posture, rib cage and thoracic mobility, core function, movement, manual therapy, and individualized exercise. We are growing and looking for a pelvic health physical therapist to join our practice on a part-time basis. The Position We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist with pelvic health training and experience who is comfortable working independently with patients. This position will begin at approximately one -two consistent days per week, with the opportunity to increase hours and days as the caseload grows. Our model is designed to allow clinicians to provide thoughtful, individualized care without the pressure of a high-volume clinic.

- Pregnancy-related pain and dysfunction
- Postpartum recovery
- Pelvic pain
- Dyspareunia
- Urinary urgency, frequency, and incontinence
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Constipation and bowel dysfunction
- Diastasis recti
- Core and abdominal dysfunction
- Vulvar and vaginal pain
- Musculoskeletal conditions related to pelvic health Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active and unrestricted Washington State Physical Therapist license
- Pelvic health / pelvic floor physical therapy training
- Comfortable performing pelvic floor examinations and treatments, including internal vaginal assessment when clinically appropriate and with patient consent
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate and treat patients independently
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach
- Eligible to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications
- Previous clinical experience treating pelvic health patients
- Herman & Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health, or comparable pelvic health continuing education
- Experience treating pregnancy and postpartum patients
- Experience with orthopedic and whole-body musculoskeletal assessment
- Experience with manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
- Experience working in a one-on-one or cash-based practice Schedule Approximately 1 day per week to start, with the potential to expand to additional days as the caseload grows.
