Day Shift | 8-Hour Shifts 36 Hours Guaranteed | Up to 40 Hours Weekly Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic travel assignment in Lakewood, WA. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to orthopedic patients. Patient Population Outpatient Orthopedic Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Ensure compliance with clinic policies and patient care standards Productivity Expectations Approximately 60 patient visits per week Expected patient volume: 12-14 patients per day Double-booking of follow-up visits expected Requirements Active Physical Therapist License required Outpatient experience preferred First-time travelers accepted New graduates not accepted PTA candidates not accepted Strong communication and patient care skills required For more details reach at About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
