We combine efficient systems with objective testing, progressive rehab, and hands-on care to deliver high-quality treatment in a collaborative, team-based setting. You will work closely with the Clinic Director, treating a balanced mix of general orthopedic and athletic patients while developing your skills in a sports/function-forward clinic. Your first 30 days include structured onboarding, collaborative treatment sessions with the Clinic Director, and gradual independence so you are supported, not thrown in. Job Description What You Will Do Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions Coach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and progressive loading Use objective tools (VALD force plates and dynamometry) to guide progression Apply manual therapy when clinically appropriate Collaborate with the Clinic Director on case progression and clinical decision-making Complete documentation efficiently during the workday Clinic Environment Open-gym, movement-based care model Structured scheduling with team support Focus on efficiency without sacrificing care quality Primarily active and athletic patient population Mentorship and Support Direct access to Clinic Director for questions and case review Regular 1:1 check-ins focused on growth, efficiency, and confidence Gradual onboarding with collaborative treatment sessions as needed Clear expectations around autonomy, progression, and when to escalate cases New grads welcome if motivated, coachable, and eager to grow Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State Interest in sports rehab, orthopedics, and active populations Strong communication and time-management skills Additional Information Compensation and Benefits Base salary $90,000 - $105,000 based on experience $3,000 sign-on bonus Productivity bonus eligibility CEU allowance plus MedBridge access Flexible schedule Up to 4 weeks PTO plus paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with match
