Lacamas Creek Post Acute Pay:
Up to $60 per hour for full time Sign on bonus of $5,000 paid in quarterly installments over 12 months. Lacamas Creek Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. We're looking for someone who loves helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence while being part of a supportive and collaborative team. Whether you're looking for a full-time position or PRN opportunity , we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on their needs and goals Provide skilled physical therapy services to help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and strategies to support continued progress Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapist Assistants as appropriate Help create a positive, encouraging rehabilitation experience for every patient What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Dependable, collaborative, and team-oriented Commitment to providing excellent patient care Why Lacamas Creek Post Acute?
