Physical Therapist Lacamas Creek Post Acute is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team. Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards
Educate patients and families on therapy programs and recovery goals Qualifications
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for providing high quality patient care
Skilled nursing or post acute experience preferred but not required
