Physical Therapist Lacamas Creek Post Acute is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team.   • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards
  • Educate patients and families on therapy programs and recovery goals Qualifications
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for providing high quality patient care
  • Skilled nursing or post acute experience preferred but not required
