Job Description

Role Overview:
A Physical Therapist provides patient-centered rehabilitation care in a facility setting, assessing needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering therapy to help patients regain their physical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy programs Deliver physical therapy to promote recovery, independence, and improved function Collaborate with team members and refer patients as needed Educate patients and caregivers on skills to maintain progress
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid state license or proof of eligibility Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field with relevant credentials Experience or educational evaluation for degrees earned outside the U.S. Adaptability, teamwork, and strong communication skills
Key Duties:
Assess patients, develop and implement therapy plans, collaborate with healthcare team, and educate patients and caregivers to facilitate recovery and independence.
