Conduct thorough assessments of the client's physical abilities and limitations to develop tailored treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches. Educate clients on the rehabilitation processes, exercises, and strategies for recovery and return to work. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy to enhance client care. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required. Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology is essential. Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or home health settings is preferred. Familiarity with discharge planning processes to facilitate smooth transitions for patients. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
