As a Physical Therapist with us, you'll enjoy 60-minute treatment sessions, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team (including
OT, PT, BHI
counseling, and our amazing admin team), and participate in various client and employee celebrations. At Freeborn Wellness, our therapists are encouraged to think creatively and have fun while working with clients. Treatment goals are client-driven and often include individualized work simulation. We have weekly activities within our Work Rehabilitation program, like regular corn hole matches on "Fun Friday", "Workout of the Week," and much more. >Depending on the candidate's needs, we are open to offering part-time, full-time, or independent contractor positions. We would also consider PTA candidates. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, work well in a team, show compassion to clients, be hardworking, and prioritizes providing exceptional care. Location We are currently hiring for our Centralia & Lacey clinics (Locations are within 30-minutes of each other). Requirements State of Washington Licensure or the ability to obtain licensure in Washington. Conduct thorough assessments of the client's physical abilities and limitations to develop tailored treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches. Educate clients on the rehabilitation processes, exercises, and strategies for recovery and return to work. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy to enhance client care. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required. Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology is essential. Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or home health settings is preferred. Familiarity with discharge planning processes to facilitate smooth transitions for patients. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
