Job Description
Olympia Physical Therapy and Industrial Rehabilitation and Hawks Prairie Physical Therapy located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in Olympia, Washington, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work at our Hawks Prairie Physical Therapy and The Northwest Sports Rehabilitation Center. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who will fit in with our hard working team of providers. Our clinic model/philosophy is a progressive one which employs a good mix of focus on exercise and functional based rehabilitation along with the hands on aspects of manual techniques. We offer state of the art facilities and an excellent work atmosphere. Our clinics are fully equipped to provide the best orthopedic, sports, and Industrial Rehabilitation in the area. Our ultimate goal is to help orthopedic patients, athletes, and injured workers alike return to work or the activities they love as well as lead healthy and active lifestyles. It is our utmost priority to provide quality care and customer service to our patients. Our Ortho facility includes 11,000 square feet of space with a large, open gym area and state of the art equipment. Our facilities include private treatment rooms, open gym, a laminar flow therapy pool, and industrial rehabilitation area. Ideal candidates will have an interest in an outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation rehab setting. Applicants must already be or are eligible for licensing in the State of Washington and have excellent inter-personal and communication skills, with the goal of providing superior rehabilitative care to our injured patients. Applicants would also exhibit the willingness to work cohesively with our team, educate the public on injury prevention, rehabilitation, wellness, and other health-related issues; and to maintain the highest quality standards of care and integrity. The position offers a competitive compensation package including salary commensurate with experience, medical/dental/vision plans, HSA account, 401K account, vacation/paid time off, continuing education, and potential for additional earning opportunities. Sign on bonus of up to $5000.
