Company Description Physical Therapist - Sports & Active Population SPT - Lake Stevens | Outpatient Orthopedic & Performance PT SPT Lake Stevens is a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic built for clinicians who want to grow fast, think critically, and deliver high-level care to active adults and athletes. We operate in an open-gym, movement-based environment focused on objective testing, progressive rehab, and real-world performance outcomes—not passive, volume-driven care.
