ProAction is an outpatient clinic with providers who have from 5 to 36 years of experience. We are a small business, with a group who enjoys working together! ProAction Physical Therapy is conveniently located in Snohomish County, 8 miles north of Everett, in Marysville, WA. We foster a rewarding environment where therapists form relationships with their patients through supporting and educating them throughout their care. ProAction strives to bring the best outcome in patients through working toward their potential. Full-time benefits, start with 30 hours per week. Responsibilities Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and alleviate pain. Monitor patient progress and collaborate to adjust care plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home care strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with medical standards. Qualifications
  • Physical Therapy Degree from an accredited program
  • Washington State Physical Therapist license
