At West Olympia, we're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants more than simply treating patients. We're looking for someone who is passionate about becoming an exceptional orthopedic clinician while building a career around their interests. This is an opportunity to work alongside a residency-trained, board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Clinic Director who has extensive experience in manual therapy, spine, vestibular rehabilitation, and upper extremity conditions. If you're a novice clinician interested in working with sports and performance-focused patients, our clinic is equipped with a squat rack, a Rogue sled, Smart Cuffs blood flow restriction equipment, and progressive loading tools. These resources allow therapists to treat active adults, weekend warriors, and performance-minded individuals practicing modern, evidence-based rehabilitation. Enhanced Compensation IRG offers a professional revenue share model that gives you direct, transparent connection between your clinical work and your income. Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary while maintaining 1:1 patient care!

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice). CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Knowledge and adherence to HIPAA laws and compliance regulations. Demonstrated excellence in clinical processes and responsibilities. Ability to prioritize, organize, coordinate, and perform a broad variety of tasks and stay focused on the objective in a high-stress environment.
