Atlas Wellness Center is a growing integrative and collaborative healthcare space in Poulsbo, WA, designed to bring medical, rehabilitative, and wellness providers together under one roof. Our community includes Poulsbo Natural Family Medicine, Looking Glass chiropractic, Nutritionist, Energy healers, massage therapists, OneConnection Natural Medicine and other health and wellness professionals, with a vision of creating a welcoming environment where patients and families can access multiple types of care in one location. A pediatric PT or OT would complement our existing family and pediatric patient population particularly well, and we would love to develop stronger interdisciplinary care for children who could benefit from physical, developmental, sensory, motor, or occupational therapy services. Who We're Looking For We'd love to meet a PT or OT who: Is licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington State Enjoys working with pediatric patients and families Is comfortable practicing independently Communicates well with other healthcare providers Values collaborative and integrative healthcare Wants flexibility in their schedule Is interested in growing a pediatric caseload May be interested in building their own private practice without taking on the expense of a traditional standalone office Experience with developmental delays, sensory processing, motor development, coordination, neurodevelopmental conditions, feeding, pediatric rehabilitation, or other pediatric PT/OT needs is welcome. Why This Opportunity Is Different This is not necessarily a traditional 40-hour-per-week position. We are looking for the right provider and the right long-term fit. You could start with one morning or one day per week, gradually build your patient base, and expand your schedule as demand grows. Join Our Integrative Pediatric & Family Wellness Team Atlas Wellness Center and Poulsbo Natural Family Medicine are looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) or Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing collaborative healthcare community in Poulsbo, Washington. We are especially interested in a provider who loves working with children and is looking for the flexibility to build their own schedule and patient base within an established integrative healthcare setting. This opportunity can be structured in two different ways , depending on what works best for you: Option 1

• Independent Contractor with Poulsbo Natural Family Medicine Work as an independent contractor under Poulsbo Natural Family Medicine, with compensation generally ranging from $40
• 100 per hour depending on insurance reimbursement and services provided. This may be a great option for a therapist who wants to focus on patient care without immediately establishing a completely separate practice. We will provide front desk support, marketing, insurance credentialing, and billing services. Option 2
• Bring Your Own LLC / Private Practice Already have your own business—or want to build one?

Operate your own PT or OT practice from Atlas Wellness Center and become part of our collaborative provider community.

Monthly room rent:

1 day/week: $350/month 2 days/week: $650/month 3 days/week: $900/month You maintain your own LLC, practice, scheduling, billing, and patients while benefiting from working alongside other healthcare and wellness professionals. Flexible Schedule We are open to someone who wants to start with just 1-2 days per week and grow from there.
