You'll evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and help patients improve mobility, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy. You'll work alongside an experienced rehabilitation team with a shared commitment to quality patient care and positive outcomes. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs Collaborate with PTAs and other healthcare professionals Provide compassionate, patient-centered care Participate as an active member of the rehabilitation team Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Washington PT license or eligibility for licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team New graduates are encouraged to apply Live and Work in Yakima, Washington Located in Central Washington, Yakima offers an appealing combination of career opportunity, outdoor recreation, and community.
