In this role, you will provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. You will be responsible for patient evaluation, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility. As a Physical Therapist, you will: Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care Document services accurately and timely Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Requirements:
