Free Motion Physical Therapy needs a positive, friendly, energetic, self-motivated Physical Therapist looking to make a difference in their patients' lives. The ideal candidate will have with strong manual skills (prefer to have FAAOMPT) and exercise prescription skills as well as be quick to think and have good critical thinking ability. New grads are welcome to apply as this can be a way for you to go through a residency like program without the price. From there we can help you get your fellowship at a fraction of the cost and help you become an expert clinician.

Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday No weekends Day shift 4-Day work week

+ Vision 100% employer paid Paid Vacation $2,000 continuing education allowance Expectations Demonstrate proficiency in evaluation and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal dysfunctions by appropriate testing and application of accepted treatment techniques, such as exercise and manual therapy. Safe and correct use of all therapeutic equipment, including modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation and iontophoresis, exercise equipment, and any testing equipment used for evaluations. Delegate appropriate treatments to assistants/aides and monitor patient progress. Conduct initial evaluations and accurately assess patient condition(s) to develop appropriate goals and treatment plans which are both comprehensive and concise. Provide quality follow-up visit services which include assessment, treatment, planning, education, documentation, and patient/family communication with the intent of the patient to achieve optimal function. Work according to an established schedule and complete accurate (electronic) documentation in a timely manner. Work effectively with the support team. Embrace your role as a member of the Free Motion Physical Therapy team, supporting other team members as appropriate. Demonstrate eagerness to advance clinical skills and develop personal leadership excellence. Honor all policies, procedures, and ethics according to the Free Motion Physical Therapy Handbook of Instruction. Enhance clinical expertise, professional and management skills through interaction with managers, therapists and other professional staff, self-study, and other continuing education activities. Maintain a valid state license. Maintain awareness of issues related to the profession of physical therapy and the health care environment.

Requirements:

Graduate of accredited physical therapy program. One or more years' experience in a similar clinical setting preferred but new grads welcome Strong Manual Therapy Skills Current Washington state license required CPR Clinically driven, dependable, and self-motivated
