POSITION OVERVIEW
Ashland Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing outpatient Rehabilitation Services team. This position is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and administering physical therapy treatments designed to restore function, prevent injury, and help patients reach their maximum level of performance. This is a great opportunity for both experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates, with mentorship available to support professional growth and skill development. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Skills Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Knowledge of physical medicine, physical therapy treatments, anatomy, and physiology New graduates are encouraged to apply Mentorship available to support skill development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams License & Certification Wisconsin Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure Current BLS/CPR certification Documents Required Proof of graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program Wisconsin Physical Therapist license or eligibility documentation Current BLS/CPR certification
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Physical Therapist will: Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans Administer physical therapy treatments and physical agents to restore function and prevent injury Help patients achieve their maximum performance and level of functioning Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Coordinate, delegate, and supervise responsibilities assigned to supportive staff Participate in the operational aspects of the Rehabilitation Services department Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation and charges Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and administrative personnel Participate in required departmental and organizational education programs Develop relationships with Primary Care and Orthopedic Center of Excellence teams Participate in opportunities for professional development and specialty growth

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Sign-On Bonus $85,280-$113,360 salary range $10,000
