Full-Time Join Our Team! We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Augusta, Wisconsin . This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their functional goals in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based physical therapy services for a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
