Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) - Full-Time or PRN Pediatric Outpatient & Adult Community-Based Care Brookfield Clinic & Milwaukee Area Communities Join our growing team at Rehab Resources as a Pediatric & Adult Physical Therapist , and enjoy a unique opportunity to work across the lifespan in both outpatient and community-based settings. This role offers the best of both worlds—you don't have to choose between pediatric or adult therapy. You'll support pediatric patients in our Brookfield outpatient clinic while also providing care to adult clients in assisted living and senior communities throughout the Milwaukee area. Competitive pay (full-time or PRN) Health insurance options for full-time team members PTO and sick time Full time 401(k) with company match Paid state licensure Continuing education support Flexible scheduling options Supportive, collaborative clinical teams Physical Therapist Responsibilities (Pediatric & Adult): Complete initial and ongoing evaluations for pediatric and adult patients Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence Address developmental, injury-related, and age-related challenges, including balance, gait, posture, and flexibility Provide skilled, hands-on therapy to improve gross motor function and reduce injury risk Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support continued progress at home, school, and community settings Participate in pediatric (B-3 or school-based) and adult interdisciplinary team meetings Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentationWho Should Apply:

Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
