Physical Therapist - Orthopedics and/or Pelvic Health Breathe In Motion | Brookfield, Wisconsin Breathe In Motion is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist to join our Brookfield team. We are a cash-based physical therapy practice built for active women and female athletes who want more than temporary symptom relief. Our clinicians have the time, autonomy, mentorship, and resources to figure out the root cause, help patients build strength, and keep them doing what they love for the long game. We're looking for a PT with experience or a strong clinical interest in orthopedics, pelvic health, or ideally a combination of both. This might be your place if you… You love treating active people and female athletes. You're passionate about orthopedics and/or pelvic health and want to continue becoming an exceptional clinician. You want to treat the whole person rather than one body part. You believe physical therapy should include movement, strength, education, hands-on care, and a plan for long-term performance. You're curious. You ask questions. You love learning and genuinely want feedback that makes you better. You value candor, have high integrity, and are willing to speak the truth respectfully—even when it would be easier not to. You take ownership when something goes wrong and look for ways to make it right. You actively seek out feedback. You're the kind of person who naturally goes a little above and beyond. You add the extra sprinkles without needing someone to ask. And yes, there's a decent chance you enjoy working out yourself—whether that's running, strength training, Pilates, Orangetheory, Burn Boot Camp, Solidcore, or something else that keeps you moving. What makes Breathe In Motion different? Our model gives clinicians the opportunity to actually practice the way they were trained to practice. You'll work in 55-minute, one-on-one sessions without juggling multiple patients at once or treating according to insurance limitations. Our clinical philosophy follows three phases: Calm the storm → Fix the root cause → The Long Game We don't want patients dependent on physical therapy forever. We want to help them move from pain and injury into strength, performance, prevention, and confidence in their bodies. You'll also be surrounded by clinicians who care deeply about getting better. We invest heavily in mentorship, continuing education, specialty development, and collaboration. What you'll get One-on-one patient care A cash-based model without insurance productivity pressures Unlimited continuing education budget Strong clinical mentorship and collaboration (we don't just say this, we actually provide mentorship on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and have systems in place to do this.) Opportunities to develop specialties and areas of expertise A team that values learning, feedback, ownership, and growth Competitive compensation with opportunities for performance-based bonuses Paid time off for full-time team members

with company match after eligibility requirements are met Healthcare stipend/benefits for eligible full-time employees A growing company with opportunities to take on leadership, mentorship, and new initiatives as we continue to scale Who we're looking for Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and eligibility for Wisconsin PT licensure are required. Clinical experience is preferred, particularly in orthopedics and/or pelvic health , but we care just as much about the person joining our team. A strong core-values fit is a must. We're looking for someone who is passionate about female athletes, loves learning, accepts feedback well, communicates directly, takes ownership, and wants to contribute to a team—not simply show up, treat patients, and go home.
