Job Description

Fit PT is growing, and we're looking for the right physical therapist to join our close-knit women's health team in Hudson, WI. We are seeking a licensed physical therapist with strong orthopedic experience and pelvic health training, with a special interest in women's health. This role is best suited for someone who is passionate about helping individuals feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies through every stage of life, while providing personalized, evidence-based care in a supportive environment. Our ideal candidate is someone who values relationships over volume, quality therapy over hustle, and whole-person care over quick fixes. We're a holistic, cash-based practice that prioritizes individualized treatment, movement education, and meaningful connection with our clients. This role is likely a great fit for someone who: Loves working with active women Feels energized by treating both orthopedics and pelvic health Has a personal passion for fitness and holistic health Appreciates flexibility and work-life balance Is adaptable and willing to work as a team player to support and grow a small private practice Is passionate about serving the local community through educational events Enjoys building long-term relationships with wellness based patients Wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive and women-centered culture Has interest in entrepreneurship but doesn't want the responsibility of owning their own practice Is interested in building a lasting career with a team of passionate health and fitness providers Experience with, or an interest in teaching, Pilates Reformer is a plus.
What the role looks like:
Part or full time employment options: 24-32 hours/week (negotiable) One-on-one patient care in a wellness based setting (60 min sessions) High quality, tailored treatment sessions to meet your patient's needs rather than insurance coverage Collaborative, low-drama, relationship-oriented team culture Flexibility in scheduling to avoid burnout Autonomy to grow a caseload of ideal clients that you're excited to work with everyday Opportunity to help shape and grow women's health programs in our community
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Wisconsin and Minnesota CPR/AED Certified Dry Needling Certified Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skillsets Fitness instruction experience
  • desired but not required Pilates Reformer Certification
