Days | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | 38 Hours/Week Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment in an outpatient setting with inpatient and swing bed coverage. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, weakness, and post-surgical conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. Responsibilities Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide physical therapy services in outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed rehabilitation settings. Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance, and weakness conditions. Maintain accurate patient documentation using Cerner EMR. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation staff to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience (outside of clinical rotations). Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist License . Current BLS (AHA) certification. Inpatient experience preferred; outpatient-only experience will be considered. Cerner experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 38 guaranteed hours per week No weekends or holidays Additional Information Outpatient with acute inpatient and swing bed coverage. Average 10-12 patients per day .

Pay:
