Registered Nurse (PM Shift)
Location:
Ladysmith, WI 54848 Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Ladysmith, WI. This position is for the PM shift and requires a skilled nurse who can provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Full-Time 32 - 40 hours 8-hour shifts Every other Weekend Every other Holiday Responsibilities Provide direct patient care during the PM shift, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin. Experience working the PM shift preferred. Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
