For us. For all. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations based on physician referrals. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to achieve functional goals and optimize patient outcomes. Coordinate discharge planning, patient/family education, home exercise programs, equipment needs, and continuum-of-care transitions. Complete accurate documentation, billing, scheduling, insurance authorizations, and productivity requirements in compliance with regulatory standards. Utilize therapeutic techniques, modalities, exercise equipment, and safe patient handling practices while maintaining a clean, safe treatment environment. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, manage assigned caseloads, and support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Pursue professional development and provide supervision, training, and mentorship to therapy assistants, aides, students, and new staff as appropriate. What You'll Bring Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school or educational requirements commensurate with the date of graduation. Maintains continuing education requirements as mandated by applicable state professional standards. Licensed Physical Therapist in the state upon which you work. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (obtained within 90 days unless department leader has determined is not required) by American Heart Association (AHA) Schedule Details Full-time 40 hours a week at Aurora Sports Health Lake Geneva. No weekends or holidays. Hiring for 2 roles: Role 1 - Physical Therapist with Pelvic Floor experience needed to see blended caseload to include pelvic floor. Monday and Wednesday 8:30-7, Tuesday and Friday 7-5:30. Role 2 - Pediatric. Schedule can be worked on with interested candidate however 2 nights until 7pm needed and ideally 4 10 hour days.
