Each patient receives personalized treatment that is based on the most current medical technology. Our state-of-the-art equipment combined with manual techniques continue to yield optimal results for patients.

$7,500 Sign-on bonus and Profit SharingJob DescriptionWe are currently looking for clinicians interested in full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities. Our supportive environment empowers you to thrive professionally while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation resultsReview the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment requiredProvide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelinesDocument findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregiversResponsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation techniciansComplete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goalsImplement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatmentsCommunicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companiesEnsure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reportsQualificationsGraduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy. Current or upcoming state of Wisconsin Physical Therapy license and CPR certificationAbility to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learnAbility to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environmentBasic PC skills and knowledge, including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, database software, and
