What You'll Do:
Provide personalized physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for residents Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall wellness Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team including nursing, wellness, and activities staff Educate residents and families on exercises and injury prevention Supervise twoPhysical Therapy Assistants What Makes This Role Special:
