Job Description

The Richland Hospital & Clinics is looking for a team member to join our Rehab Department and go above and beyond to deliver outstanding personalized care in the role of Physical Therapist. This position is a Per Diem and will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a primarily outpatient and combination direct access/referral-based setting.
POSITION SUMMARY
As a staff physical therapist at The Richland Hospital & Clinics you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to a diverse set of patient presentations along the human lifespan continuum. Evidence-based practice will be used to evaluate and treat to identify limitations and deficits, decrease pain, restore function, and promote wellness and resiliency. The primary focus of this position is outpatient, orthopedic/musculoskeletal-focused rehabilitation services, but we do also provide care to a general medical population as a 25-bed, critical access hospital.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION
  • Doctorate, masters degree or baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy from a fully accredited physical therapy program.
  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Wisconsin
  • CPR certification
