$38.00 - $55.00/hour $10,000

Sign-On Bonus Physical Therapist Opportunity:

Full-time with benefits hours/week

Schedule:

Monday Friday Day Shift Setting:

Inpatient Acute Care Coverage Areas:

Post-op and Emergency Room as needed; potential outpatient coverage if inpatient volume is low

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist License or the ability to obtain upon employment
