Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics Gillette, WY | Full-Time or Part-Time | $35-$55/Hour A growing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice in Gillette, Wyoming is looking for a Physical Therapist to join its collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates, with mentorship and support available. The practice is known for providing individualized, high-quality care while building strong relationships with patients and the local community. Therapists treat a diverse patient population and have opportunities to develop areas of clinical interest and expertise. Position Highlights Full-time or part-time opportunities $35-$55/hour New graduates welcome Mentorship program available Outpatient orthopedic setting Flexible scheduling Relocation assistance available Opportunity to pursue areas of clinical interest Patient Population & Caseload Treat a variety of patients and conditions, including: Orthopedic diagnoses Sports injuries Pre- and post-operative patients Women's health Pediatrics through geriatrics Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate patient documentation. Utilize appropriate therapy techniques and equipment. Ensure patient safety and quality of care. Stay current with best practices and developments in physical therapy.
Schedule Full-Time:
40 hours/week
Part-Time:
Minimum 20 hours/week Clinic hours:
Monday & Wednesday:
7:00 AM-7:00
PM Tuesday & Thursday:
7:00 AM-2:00
PM Friday:
7:00 AM-4:00 PM Schedule is flexible and will be mutually agreed upon.
