Assisting therapists and preparing patients for treatments. Preparing supplies and equipment and setting up treatment rooms for therapy sessions. Washing and folding laundry Cleaning equipment and treatment rooms before and after therapy sessions. Performing routine, non-clinical patient care tasks such as helping patients on/off equipment, monitoring exercise time, supervise for patient safety, etc. Ensures operation of physical therapy equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instruction; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Maintaining inventory supplies, ordering stock, and keeping stock areas clean and organized. Completing paperwork and updating patient files. Act as backup for phone inquiries and scheduling in order to address therapy-related issues. Occasionally manning the reception desk to greet patients, schedule treatments, and coordinate the therapists and treatment schedules
