Kempton Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Mesa, Arizona, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care while creating a positive and supportive workplace for our team. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which is why we work a 40-hour work week and are closed on weekends. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in physical therapy, healthcare, athletic training, nursing, or other medical professions. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced physical therapists in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. What You'll Learn Assist licensed physical therapists with patient care and rehabilitation treatments. Gain exposure to orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. Develop hands-on skills working with patients ranging from adolescents (10+) to older adults. Learn proper patient handling, therapeutic equipment setup, treatment preparation, and clinic operations.

Assist patients with transfers and mobility as directed by the therapist. Set up therapeutic equipment and treatment areas. Safely assist patients with modalities under therapist supervision. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic environment. Support therapists to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day.
