Our growing physical therapy practice is looking for a Physical Therapy Technician to join our therapy team in the Phoenix area! This is great opportunity for experienced people or entry level for those hoping to advance themselves and gain experience in the healthcare, physical therapy and rehabilitation settings. We're seeking a personable, self-motivated, and outgoing individual who thrives in a team environment, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn. Whether you're looking to build a career in healthcare or simply want a fulfilling role in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Assist physical therapists with patient care and exercise programs Set up equipment and maintain a clean, organized treatment area Provide encouragement and support to patients throughout their sessions Help with scheduling, documentation, and basic administrative and support tasks Take initiative to ensure the clinic flows smoothly and patients feel welcome
Who You Are:
Personable and professional, with excellent interpersonal/communication skills Outgoing and able to build rapport quickly with patients and coworkers Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently and as part of a team Eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment Prior experience in a healthcare or fitness setting is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate!
Preferred But Not Required Bonus For:
massage therapy training experience or education in personal training, exercise science, athletic training, kinesiology or similar fields. Bonus pay for a Bachelors degree Bilingual Desire to someday be a

We proudly have grown from one clinic location to 10 in that time period. Our patient population and referral base is extremely diverse. Our staff consists of a team of well-trained physical and occupational therapists, athletic trainers, physical and occupational therapy assistants, certified hand therapists, exercise physiologists and rehab technicians.
