Our aides spend their days on the treatment floor — working directly with patients, running exercise progressions, and learning how experienced PTs actually think through a case. You'll finish the year with real clinical hours, a working knowledge of orthopedic rehab, and physical therapists who know your work well enough to write you a substantive letter of recommendation. Over the past five years, 14 of our aides have gone on to DPT programs. What you'll do Demonstrate and coach patients through their exercise programs Perform modalities including electric stimulation, ultrasound, and moist heat Support the treatment floor and front office — scheduling, room turnover, laundry, and general patient care Learn directly from our PT staff throughout the day What we're looking for Organized, reliable, and energetic — someone who takes initiative without being asked twice Personable and professional, with genuine customer-service instincts. Our patients notice. Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, scheduling software) CPR certification, or willingness to complete it during training with us An exercise, athletics, or kinesiology background is a plus, not a requirement Able to commit to 18 months of continuous full-time employment That last point matters, so here's the reasoning: it takes a few months to train an aide well, and the value you get out of this role comes from the back half of that time, not the front. We're looking for someone whose next step is DPT school, not someone heading back to undergrad classes in the fall. Details Schedule:

Monday-Friday, full-time — typically 40 hours a week, with a guaranteed minimum of 33. Our clinic is open 7:00am-7:00pm, and your 8-hour shift falls within that window. Permanent, not seasonal or temporary.

Brentwood, Los Angeles. Reliable transportation to the clinic is essential.
