We are dedicated to providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to diverse patient populations, fostering recovery and enhancing quality of life through expert care. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Physical Therapy Aide Manager to treat patients and to lead our aides in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting clinical operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, some knowledge of physical therapy practices, and a passion for improving patient outcomes but will train the right person that is dedicated to long term employment. As the Physical Therapy Aide Manager, you will oversee daily activities, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and coordinate with therapists to optimize rehabilitation services. Responsibilities Within the scope as an aide, treating patients will be 90% of work load. Supervise and coordinate the activities of physical therapy aides, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations is next priority. Maintain strict compliance with patient confidentiality standards and healthcare regulations. Ensure proper use of medical terminology and physiotherapy equipment during patient sessions. Manage scheduling of aide shifts to ensure adequate coverage Promote a culture of safety by enforcing protocols related to heavy lifting, CPR certification, and infection control practices Demonstrated expertise in patient service, client communication, and maintaining high standards of patient care. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, orthopedics, geriatrics, and patient care procedures relevant to rehabilitation environments. Prior experience managing or supervising healthcare support staff is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology, inpatient experience, and post-acute care processes is highly desirable. Certification in CPR is required
