We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at PT 1st Rehab & Wellness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with our physical therapy team.

Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists with patient care, including positioning, transfers, and exercises Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient use Perform clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments and filing patient records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy area Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding therapy goals and progress

Requirements:

High school diploma or higher (Kinesiology major preferred) Prior experience working in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Knowledge of exercises and proper explanation Knowledge of basic medical terminology and computer skills Willingness to learn and follow established protocols and procedures We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
