The ideal candidate will assist physical therapists in providing care to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. Duties Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, including exercises and therapeutic modalities. Prepare treatment areas and ensure all necessary equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Help patients with mobility and assist them during therapy sessions, ensuring their safety and comfort. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist. Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to enhance recovery. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files as needed. Qualifications Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is preferred. Possess a willingness to learn Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with patients and provide empathetic support. Ability to follow instructions accurately while working quickly and efficiently. A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to safety protocols.
